The Grind Wellness Facility

Our facility has plenty of space to move your body! From workout machines, to large open spaces, our facility caters to your every need. 

There are also numerous trainers and classes avalible! So whether you want some one on one attention, or do better working out with your friends, we got a little something for everyone! 

Adventure Fitness is a Ninja Warrior training facility for kids as young as 6 as well as adults. Our focus is on being beginner and family friendly, with room to grow to a competitive level.

There are no contracts for the Grind, making it even easier to commit, decommit, and recommit! 

It is $35 monthly for 24/7 access, and can be prorated if you join in the midle of the pay cycle! Memberships are charged on the 1st of every month. To end your membership, simply let us know, and bring us your fob before the 1st!
